EinScan-SP offers to professional industrial users everything to create excellent 3D models with little effort. The entire setup is very simple and ready for the first scan in about 10 minutes. From setting up the scanner, to installing the software, to calibrating the system. The scanner can be set up intuitively with the help of a very easy to understand user guide.
The scanner comes with everything you need to scan. The device is equipped with a self-rotating table, which allows objects up to 200 x 200 x 200 mm to be captured automatically at different intervals from all sides. For objects larger than 200 x 200 x 200 mm, an additional tripod is included. The tripod can be used to scan larger objects with a maximum size of 1200 x 1200 x 1200 mm
The scan module has 2 cameras and a white light beamer to ensure the tolerances as described. The two cameras record the projected white light pattern and the software creates a 3D image of it. This 3D image consists of a triangulated surface and is saved in STL format. This STL provides an excellent base for all types of data service and reverse engineering. Specialised engineers use the scan data together with the images to identify the original intention of each surface. We use reverse engineering software to exactly rebuild the surfaces and create a CAD file with parametric volume data for your further use.
